Job Title: Account Administrator

Job Overview:

As an Account Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting both the Account and Sales Teams in client onboarding, queue engagement, and basic accounting tasks. This multifaceted position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

This job is onsite in Washington, New Jersey 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding and Queue Engagement:
    • Set up clients in our systems.
    • Prepare initial invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.
    • Engage with clients during the queue, ensuring milestones are met.
    • Manage and organize creative briefs.
  • Basic Accounting Functions:
    • Monitor and maintain client payment status.
    • Collaborate with the Account Executive (AE) team in receivable management.
    • Process refund checks and credit memos for clients.
    • Quarterly rebate reporting for applicable organizations.
    • Quarterly sales tax reporting/payment.
    • Provide documents/information to accounting consultant as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in account management or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for client management and accounting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with creative processes and project management.
  • Experience using accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
