Title: Senior Account Executive

 

As a Senior AE you will be responsible for executing client work from start to finish by partnering with the client Brand lead externally and the account, creative and strategy teams. This will be under the overall supervision of the VP, Group Account Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

·        Initiate and pull through on tactical projects including print, digital, web, conference, social media, etc.

·        Development of creative briefs for project kick off (in collaboration with creative team); includes working with project manager to ensure timelines are set up and followed accordingly

·        Development of Statements of Work (SOWs)

·        Review creative work at each stage and ensure client direction is being addressed

·        Liaise with all internal team members (PM, Strategy, Art and Copy) to ensure all client work is being flowed through the Agency in an efficient way

·        Manage client call agendas and recaps, ad hoc research and metrics reporting

·        Present creative work to client along with internal team members

·        Incorporate client comments in Proof HQ and assist creative team with interpretation and implantation of comments

·        Implement and monitor MLR submissions, incorporate comments into Proof HQ

·        Participate in MLR meetings as necessary

·        Develop and implement client status reports

·        Maintain day-to-day contact with brand team counterparts

·        Contributes to internal and external meetings with relevant insights, feedback and probing questions and builds partnership with assigned clients

·        Work effectively and efficiently with demonstrated increased visibility in internal and client meetings

·        Maintain full information on the current situation and status of the projects currently in place

·        Assume ownership role of individual projects and workflow; accepts and prioritizes delegated assignments from senior account staff and proactively identifies internal and externals issues that could put timeline in jeopardy

·        Manage the reconciliation of all project expenses upon project completion

·        Develop a clear understanding of the agency tactical offerings and clients’ therapeutic categories as well as market/competitive landscape

·        Develop and track client budgets; attend monthly billing meetings and work with supervisors to meet quarterly forecasts

·        Champion internal Quality Control process to ensure highest standard of quality is met by all initiatives

·        Attend client meetings where appropriate

·        Attend conferences where appropriate

 

Qualifications and Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related area

·        3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising

·        HCP experience preferred

·        Experience in client relationship building

·        Effective written and verbal communication skills

·        Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment

·        Ability to build strong relationships with client and internal team members

·        Displays strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·        Comprehensive problem-solving skills

·        Ability to travel for local meetings and overnight conferences up to once a month

·        Computer/Platform proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Clients and Profits, Workfront/Proof HQ, Veeva Vault, Monday.com, Zoom, Webex
