Job Responsibilities:
- Project manage creative requests including Sales, Marketing, Video production, Photo production, Social Content production, Ad Campaign production and Branding/Identity.
- Ensure all creative requests and briefs are received from the Studios team in necessary timeframe, delivered on time and with budget awareness
- Create full end-to-end timelines for all creative projects for creatives, track major milestones, and clearly communicate and escalate timing risks in appropriate meetings
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to receive creative requests, facilitate and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycle (timelines, routing, job prioritization)
- Develop and oversee project budgets and schedules; identify and resolve production problems; and select and negotiate with vendors
- Understand when creative briefs are due, driving timeline with marketing and thoroughly reviewing all briefs to ensure strategy is clear and necessary content is included
- Create full end-to-end timelines for all creative projects for creatives, track major milestones, and clearly communicate and escalate timing risks in appropriate meetings
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to receive creative requests, facilitate and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycle (timelines, routing, job prioritization)
- Continuous partnership with Creatives to drive photoshoot dates, post-production timelines and assist in shot list curation
- Develops and oversees budgets and schedules; identifies and resolves production problems; and oversees vendors and freelancers as needed
- Oversee content collections to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained
- Be able to effectively communicate with internal and client teams
Qualifications:
- Position requires 2+ years relevant work experience in a creative agency environment
- Deep knowledge of creative teams/workflow with an emphasis on management of digital projects
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage content , deliverables, and creative assets across an array of creative channels
- Leadership skills, with ability to manage time and work both independently and in partnership with teams
- Proactively questions current state workflow and seeks ways to improve/streamline process
