Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Tech, Creative and Account teams to design and develop innovative and strategic digital projects
- Champion the project plan – and manage across multiple internal teams, client teams, etc.
- Maintain schedules, communicate progress and status on multiple projects, coordinate people and resources, identifying challenges and recommending solutions.
- Liaison and coordinate between development team and account/project management to ensure timely delivery of websites, emails, banners and social media assets.
- Work closely with external media teams to oversee design specs, tagging, implementation and reporting of campaign media assets.
- Assist in submission prep; reviewing and creating callouts for MLR submission, working closely with account and project management team members
- Lead communication of project status to teams and respective clients on a regular basis
- Help drive User Experience deliverables including Site Maps and Wireframes, ensuring they meet target user and client business objectives
- Stay up-to-date and current on new technologies and digital platforms
Experience:
- 3-5 years in an agency (or similar) setting, preferably in a digital production role
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Deep understanding of interactive and website project development process
- Strong knowledge of UX concepts, processes, and its best practices (example: launching websites from conception through go-live)
- Strategic-mindset an ability to understand client business and marketing objectives
- Excellent communication skills between internal and external teams, translating perspectives and organizational challenges related to projects
- Assist with QA processes and development of functional requirements for digital projects
- Lead and/or participate in client communications inclusive of tactical/vendor status calls, presentation meetings, and digital media planning
- Preferred familiarity with project management and development software (Jira/Trello/Ziflow and Smartsheet); Development and QA processes (BugHerd)
- Bachelor’s degree required
