Senior Account Executive
Princeton Junction, NJ – 3 days on-site (T,W,TH) Remote (M,F)
Job Summary – The Senior Account Manager is the link between client services personnel, clients, and executive team. They are responsible for building and maintaining long-term and profitable client relationships, facilitating the development and execution of client strategies and plans, ensuring the client’s needs and goals are met timely and within budget, as well as direct support and execution of initiatives from the President/CEO. The Senior Account Manager reports to the President & CEO.

Major Responsibility Areas (MRAs)
- Leads execution, optimization, and marketing programs for 2-3 key clients as part of their personal book of business.
- Leads development, execution, and optimization of client’s contracts, scope of work, and overall marketing programs
- Leads client integrated solutions that leverage agency services
- Client relationship management
- Reviews, evaluates, and critiques creative ideas/output, to ensure that work meets brand and project strategies, client demands, and agency quality standards
- Reviews client budgets and schedules to ensure agreed upon profit levels
- Develops client contract renewals and oversees quarterly performance reports for the client accounts
- Provides sales support for new business
- Communicates to leadership for corporate services and growth opportunities
- Ability to work closely with strategy team to lead qualitative and quantitative initiatives with clients
- Lead client projects through the agency
- Assist and support the President/CEO as directed
- Manage President/CEO social media strategies (LinkedIn, Twitter)
- President/CEO scheduling
- Proofreading

- Able to process data into a relatable summary to illustrate value
- Able to analyze and communicate digital marketing solutions specifically but not limited to SEO, Google Analytics, and social media
- Experience managing clients, vendors and cross function collaboration
- Competent in social media programs (i.e. Sendible)
- Competent in database management programs (i.e. Salesforce)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledgeable with email distribution software (i.e. MailChimp)
- Knowledgeable with compiling and reporting on analytics (i.e. Google Analytics)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent in business writing and professional client communication

Education/Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications with 7 years’ experience (emphasis on B2B marketing) preferred
COVID-19 considerations – We are currently working on a Hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
