#2740: Sr. Email Marketing Manager
Our client, focused in the financial services industry is current looking for a Sr. Email Marketing professional to join their marketing team on a fulltime, permanent basis. The position is 3 day Hybrid onsite, a 25 min. drive from downtown Chicago.
As an experienced Senior Email Marketing Manager you will be responsible for building a customer-focused Enterprise email strategy that includes acquisition, nurturing, engagement, and retention campaign through automation based strategies.
You will work closely with leadership and stakeholders (MarTech, Data, and Account
teams) to identify how to best grow audiences and develop best-in-class email strategy.
This role is highly focused on creating email strategies, growing leads and audiences through email as the medium.
The kind of experience our client is looking for:
5+ years of Enterprise email marketing strategy experience
Proven experience showing email campaign success stories where you've shown increased customer lead and audience growth.
Experience creating and managing trigger email and lifecycle programs. Strong experience with customer
journey mapping, segmentation, and targeting strategies. Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle.
Comprehensive understanding of email best practices (e.g., subject lines, messaging, dynamic emails, customer segmentation, HTML/CSS, responsive design, deliverability, etc)
Proven knowledge of and experience using marketing automation tools, including email platforms, email
testing software, and email analytics
Strong analytical skills. Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI, and present findings to leadership
HTML knowledge preferred
Experience working with consent management platforms preferred but not required
Salary is dependent on experience level and internal equity and can vary $80K – $110K
