Responsibilities
• Work closely with agency Marketing, Operations, Creative and Delivery leads to prioritize and schedule planned and unplanned workload, identify any capacity gaps and suggest appropriate resource allocation.
• Work with the Creative and Delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery of all marketing, campaign or other creative assets. Track progress in project management system.
• Ensure that assets are delivered as specified. QA / QC final files including assuring that the final files are exactly on-spec and error-free. Ensure final files are filed and named as specified.
• Produce spec sheets and traffic instructions for campaign assets across channels, including digital display, email, social, print, broadcast and experiential.
• Traffic final assets to appropriate destination, be it client, publisher / broadcaster or agency partner.
• Serve as agency representative, answering questions and trouble-shooting partner inquiries.
• Help to continuously improve, streamline and simplify the client / project processes for workflow and execution.
• Identify any gaps in input or timing requirements.
• Communicate clearly and effectively across Strategy, Creative, Development and Production to ensure all parties have a common understanding of priorities and expectations.
• Foster a positive, can-do attitude across the team.
• Share accountability for the success of the work product as measured by program KPIs.
• Lead Creative Stand-up meetings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Writing, Design or similar preferred
Key Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in an integrated agency or marketing department with a focus on traffic management, project management or account management.
• Demonstrable expertise producing integrated programs spanning digital, email, social, print, video and advertising.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to agilely handle heavy workload, mediating many demands and requests with proactive problem solving.
• Able to see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Effective team player. A positive approach is essential.
• Strong process management skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Excellent computer skills (especially with Figma, Microsoft and Adobe Products), familiarity with Project Management software.
