Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on digital solutions, templates, and assets to enhance customer experiences.
  • Develop user experience documentation, interface designs, and align project delivery with the intended concept.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate UX/UI concepts aligned with strategy, applying product design thinking for innovative solutions.
  • Translate complex ideas into compelling digital experiences across platforms.
  • Articulate concepts through user journeys, narratives, prototypes, wireframes, and information architectures.
  • Act as a design representative, optimizing concepts based on feedback and analytics.
  • Utilize UX/UI frameworks, ensuring adherence to visual and brand standards.
  • Communicate effectively in internal and client meetings, representing the agency's perspective.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of UX/UI design experience in agency or in-house settings.
  • Understanding of digital product and user experience tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with standards, guidelines, and digital playbooks/UI kits.
  • Ability to interpret strategies, research, and generate effective solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and other modern digital product design tools.
  • Experience gathering client feedback and managing requests.
  • Strong interest in emerging digital and design trends.
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital-first and brand-aligned creative thinking.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in UX, design thinking, HCI, or a related discipline.
