As part of a dynamic group specializing in digital strategy, innovation, paid media, Hubspot, website/mobile development, and social media, this role focuses on leading digital strategy initiatives for healthcare clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital strategy, Hubspot integration, and social strategy for healthcare client accounts.
- Drive influencer engagement and implement an omnichannel approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, including marketers, programmers, copywriters, designers, project managers, account leads, researchers, and sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of digital strategy, Hubspot, and CRM experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
- Proven success in developing solution-based campaigns.
- Experience engaging diverse audiences with targeted, on-brand content.
- Proficiency in optimizing campaigns to exceed KPIs (lead generation, engagement, conversion rates, etc.).
- Effective management of multiple campaigns and workflows simultaneously.
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of influencer engagement and mapping across channels.
- Understanding of regulatory considerations in digital marketing, especially in pharmaceuticals.
- Working knowledge of personas, audience segmentation, and social listening.
- Proficiency in social media monitoring and management platforms.
- Analytical skills to inform media strategies and optimizations.
- Proactive, organized self-starter with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
