This is a temporary remote part-time position, up to 20 hours per week


An organization is seeking a temporary Project Coordinator to support the Marketing and Communication Team's initiatives and projects. This role will assist key department members in developing and maintaining systems and tools to enhance visibility, project management, and advocacy of organizational objectives. The goal is to facilitate internal communication, timely documentation, meeting management, project reporting, and analytics, collaborating with other teams across the organization.


• Project management of assigned Marketing and Communications projects and initiatives.

• Monitor project progress, prioritize communication, address potential issues, and escalate as necessary.

• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and project teams to ensure on-time, scope-compliant project delivery.

• Gather project planning data aligning deliverables with business objectives.

• Prepare and provide project documentation to stakeholders and internal teams.

• Manage ongoing maintenance of project management, collaboration, and visibility systems and tools.

• Aid in the development, maintenance, and delivery of insights reporting and project performance assessments.

• Other supportive or ad hoc projects as assigned.


• Bachelor's degree in project management, marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent experience preferred.

• 2+ years of work experience in project management or related roles.

• Genuine interest in global perspectives and embrace of cultural diversity.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in end-to-end project management, strong time-management skills.

• Understanding branding and communications is a plus.

• Comfortable taking ownership, driving deadlines, and holding oneself and others accountable.

• Transparent and collaborative with team members and project stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 products and project management software.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Adept at learning new technology platforms to support role objectives.
