Medical Advertising Project Manager (Pharma Experience Preferred)

We're seeking a highly organized Medical Advertising Project Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll leverage your project management expertise to ensure the smooth execution of creative campaigns for our pharmaceutical clients. Your understanding of the Med Legal process and Veeva Submission workflow will be an asset in navigating the complexities of healthcare advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of medical advertising projects, from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and client expectations.
  • Work closely with account teams, creative directors, copywriters, and medical reviewers to develop project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee the Med Legal review and approval process for all advertising materials.
  • Facilitate the creation and submission of Veeva Vault packages for client approval.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all projects comply with FDA and other relevant regulatory guidelines for healthcare advertising.
  • Manage project budgets and track project expenses.
  • Prepare project status reports for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Experience working in the medical advertising industry is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with the Med Legal review process and Veeva Vault Submission workflow is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
