Digital Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Marketing (Woodbridge, NJ)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Woodbridge, NJ! You'll oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects for various healthcare audiences (HCP, Consumer, Patient)
Develop and maintain project timelines
Organize tasks, assign resources, and track progress in project management software
Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, etc.)
Monitor changes, reconcile estimates, and ensure regulatory compliance
Represent the company, building relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications:
3+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency (preferred)
College degree (marketing, communications, etc.) or relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, ActiveCollab)
PMP Certification a plus
