Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit medical content through industry-standard MLR systems.
- Fact-check medical information against reliable sources.
- Create bibliographies in the AMA style.
- Review materials for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Collaborate with team members like writers, editors, and project managers.
- Assist medical writers with research and referencing.
- Maintain clear documentation on changes, style decisions, and source materials.
- Support various medical writing tasks.
You're a great fit if you have:
- Post-secondary science degree (Bachelor's/Master's in life sciences a plus).
- Science background combined with journalism/communication skills preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in copywriting, editing, or fact-checking.
- Ability to research and find accurate medical information online.
- Strong understanding of basic medical terminology.
